A DETROIT FLEA is a temporary stage to bring together all kind of people from the city of Detroit. It is like several garage sales but in one big space. It is a room filled with soulful tunes curated by Lo & Behold, homemade food, vintage goods and good people.
This flea market is especially set up as a platform for private vendors, who would like to sell things they don´t need anymore. All it costs to become a vendor is a baked good. See Market Terms below for more details. Of course proffessional vendors are also very welcome to set up!
In exchange for space, vendors are asked to bring a homemade treat like cake, muffins, frittata. In a café style set up the food can be purchased aside with beverages by the flea market visitors against a small donation. The raised money will be used to cover part of the expanses. Local DJ‘s / musician / performers / service provider complete the communal vibe and atmosphere.
- Only second hand / vintage / used goods can be offered.
- No pricing of the items. Everything is up for negotiation.
- Booth should not be bigger than 10ft x 10ft.
- Please bring your own table.
