Emerging Arts Leaders Detroit (EALD) is hosting their March Happy Hour on Thursday, March 19 at the new Café 78 inside the MOCAD. (A month-specific happy hour lasting longer than an hour at a café inside a museum? Yes. Let’s continue.)
The mingling begins at 5:30, p.m., and at 6 they’ll announce the EALD Steering Committee before MOCAD’s Amy Corle, Curator of Education and Public Engagement speaks. Then, they’ll tell you about up-and-coming arts managers across Detroit, because we think you should know, and we hope you agree.
We support future leaders, artists and shakers of the status quo because we believe in them. Maybe you’re tired of the endless networking, but remember: when we get together and share, we only get stronger. This is why we’re here.
Also at MOCAD that night is Orleans + Winder and Psychological Services. Check out the event page for more info HERE.
EALD is a volunteer-led (Steering Committee) program of Forward Arts that brings together curators, critics, administrators and educators for field trips, happy hours, culture-centered forums and more. Can’t make it but want to know more or get involved? Shoot us an email: info@ForwardArtsDetroit.org.
