Being uninspired is one of the worst things that can happen to an artist. This short film follows Myles Hi around Detroit as he searches for inspiration in the city’s graffiti. The video takes the viewer on a simple, understated tour of Detroit landmarks that give you the feeling of “I know where that is!”
The sound design and soundtrack really compliment the video to make this an enjoyable watch. Throughout the 36 minute video, you’ll see a lot of familiar landmarks and street art: Grand River Creative Corridor, Corktown, The Heildeberg Project, Detroit/Canada Border, Tigers Stadium, Eastern Market, The Dequindre Cut & more.
